The AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards(VSA) have been identifying the most satisfying vehicles for the past 20 years. The VSAs are based on survey responses from over 65,000 new vehicle owners measuring how satisfied an owner is with their new vehicle. Owner’s happiness with their vehicle is measured in 50 different attributes ranging from interior comfort to fuel economy to performance.
This year Kia is shaking up the competition by bringing home four awards from AutoPacific, including Most Satisfying Popular Brand.
AutoPacific President, George Peterson said, “Kia has been coming on strong for years and has won many individual vehicle awards, but this year they dominated among popular, non-luxury, brands, with a total brand score 16 points higher than the nearest competitor, GMC.”
To sit next to Most Satisfying Popular Brand Award, and many others, on Kia’s mantel is the VSA Mid-Size Car Award for the 2016 Optima, VSA Compact Car Award for the 2016 Soul, and the VSA Minivan Award for the 2016 Sedona.
The VSAs look at the big picture, which includes owners’ experiences with their vehicle’s quality and safety, but also goes deeper into the hear of the ownership experience.
